Hebrew Language Pack for Mozilla 0.9.4
Language Pack Version: 0.2
Release Notes
This is the second release of a working lang pack for Mozilla 0.9.4.
This version is much better working, with most, if not all, of the Navigator working. Some
components, less used, may also not work. Also, the HTML editor (Composer) and the mail/news
client (Messenger) are also not working at this time. These will be fixed as soon as possible.
Open Issues:
Help files are not yet translated. technically, this should not be a
problem. Gad Abraham is working on this part.
All menus are aligned to the left. Hebrew is written right-to-left.
There is a solution to this problem in later versions of Mozilla itself, so in this language
pack menus will remain aligned to the left. Some Strings that contain mixed Hebrew and Latin letters
may also be mixed. This may be fixed after the final release, because fixing them for this release
will mix them back when this pack is applied to a Mozilla with right-to-left orientation.
Most of the work was done using Henrik Linggaard's MozillaTranslator 4.36.
Final editing of the Language Pack files was done with UniPad, a Unicode editor
from http://www.unipad.org.
This pack is based on the work done by Zvi Nachmani on the Language Pack for
Mozilla M18. I estimate that about 75% of the strings were translated by him.
The rest was added or modified since, and in some places I used a different
phrasing than he used.
